I. The Services
X-bros provides you with access to a variety of resources, software, shops, product sales, communication forums, chat boards, games and product information. The Services, including any updates, enhancements, new features, and/or the addition of any new Web properties, are subject to the Terms of Use.

II. Your Account
When you sign up for an account, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password and for restricting access to your computer. You agree to accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account or password. X-Bros does sell products for children, but it sells them to adults and/or who can purchase with a credit card. If you are under 18, you may use X-Bros only with involvement of a parent or guardian. X-Bros and its affiliates reserve the right to refuse any service, terminate accounts, remove or edit content of your account and cancel orders in their sole discretion.

III. Products
All items or sources purchased from X-Bros are made pursuant to a shipment contract. This means that the risk of loss and title for such items pass to you upon our delivery to the carrier. X-Bros and its affiliates attempt to be as accurate as possible. However, X-Bros does not warrant that product descriptions or other content of this site is accurate, complete, reliable, current, or error-free. If a product offered by X-Bros itself is not as described, your sole remedy is to contact us and return it in unused condition.

IV. Use Limitation
Unless otherwise specified, The Services are for your personal and non-commercial use. You may not modify, copy, distribute, transmit, display, perform, reproduce, publish, license, create derivative works from, transfer, or sell any information, software, products or services obtained from The Services.

V. Software & Sources
Any software and source that is made available to download from our website's is copyrighted work of X-bros and/or its suppliers. Use of the software and source is governed by the terms of the end user license agreement, if any, which accompanies or is included with the X-bros "License Agreement". An end user will be unable to install any software and/or use any source that is accompanied by or includes a License Agreement, unless he or she first agrees to the License Agreement terms.

The software and sources made available for download solely for use by end users according to the License Agreement. Any reproduction or redistribution of the software and/or sources not in accordance with the License Agreement is expressly prohibited by law, and may result in severe civil and criminal penalties. Violators will be prosecuted to the maximum extent possible.

VI. Unlawful Use & Prohibited Use
You will not use the services for any purpose that is unlawful or prohibited by these terms, conditions, and notices. You may not use the services in any manner that could damage, disable, overburden, or impair any server, or the network's connected to any server, or interfere with any other party's use and enjoyment of any services. You may not attempt to gain unauthorized access to any services, other accounts, computer systems or networks connected to any server or to any of the services, through hacking, password mining or any other means. You may not obtain or attempt to obtain any materials or information through any means not intentionally made available through the services.

VII. Use Of Services
The Services may contain bulletin boards, chat areas, forums, and/or other message or communication facilities designed to enable you to communicate with others. You agree to use the Communication Services not to post, send, receive and/or publish any material for surveys, contests, pyramid schemes, chain letters, junk email, any duplicative or unsolicited messages, defame, abuse, harass, stalk, threaten, obscene, indecent, unlawful topic, name, material.

X-bros reserves the right to review materials posted to the Communication Services and to remove any materials in its sole discretion. X-bros reserves the right to terminate your access to any or all of the Communication Services at any time, without notice, for any reason whatsoever. X-bros reserves the right at all times to disclose any information as X-bros deems necessary to satisfy any applicable law, regulation, legal process or governmental request, or to edit, refuse to post or to remove any information or materials, in whole or in part.

The links that will let you leave X-bros's site are not under the control of X-bros and X-bros is not responsible for the contents of any linked site or any link contained in a linked site, or any changes or updates to such sites.
